Booking Your Dates
When you book, pick a 7-day rental for the wedding, plus a separate rental for the honeymoon if your package includes one. Leaving for the honeymoon straight after the wedding? A single 14-day rental is the easiest choice. Each extra day beyond that adds $25. Booking 4-6 months ahead gives you the widest choice of dates, but late bookings are welcome whenever a camcorder is free.

Receiving Your Wellman Circle Package
Your box has arrived! Unpack it and check that everything on the list is inside. Then spend a little time with your camcorder(s): press record, play it back and get a feel for it. They're easy to use, so no camera experience is needed. Your package lands on the day your rental starts or the day before, with a charged battery and a memory card already inside. When a battery runs out (about 3 hours of recording), swap in a fresh one.
Capturing The Event
The big day is here! Choose the loved ones or guests you would like to have recording your special day. In your Wellman Circle box, there is a "Filming Inspiration" list that you can refer to so you know your crew is not missing any of the most important moments of the day. For example, you do not want to forget filming getting ready with your bridesmaids jamming out to tunes, or forgetting to film your vows to each other. The beautiful thing about renting a camcorder is that you can capture endless moments, exactly how you want to remember them!

We Get To Work
We got your package back, and now it is time to work our magic. You will receive organized raw footage within 1-2 weeks of returning. Then, the next 2-4 weeks we will have our editors make your personalized nostalgic video that you will relive for a lifetime, and cherish forever!

Sending Your Package Back
That's a wrap, and the memories are safely on film. Pack everything back into the box it came in, attach the prepaid UPS label you'll find inside, and drop it at any UPS location. Lost the label? Email us and we'll send you a new one. Please ship it back by the last day of your rental so we can get started on your film!
